My dogs love these. We break them into small pieces for my boys. It would help if you packaged more than a few in each package. I had to order 6 pkgs and I’ll need to reorder after about a month!

I ordered a variety of treats for my five dogs…two different kinds of cookies, pig snouts, pig ear slivers, soft beef sticks, and beef gullets. They’ve tried all but the gullets, and love them all. They arrived well packaged, and we were all excited to see what was in the box. They are a hit at my house!

Outstanding customer service!

I just went through an excruciating couple of days trying to get my package from the UPS center in my city as they do not deliver to PO Boxes and there is no one at their Center to pick up the phone or answer an email to redirect the delivery to my residential home address. For those couple of days I was on intimate speaking terms with Cynthia, one of the founders of the company trying to get this sent to my home instead of routed back to their corporate office. I personally had given up on UPS ever answering any of their correspondence, and' after a couple of tries accepted the fact the package would be going back to its origination. Cynthia however never gave up and kept trying until she got hold of someone at the center that would actually answer her question and help her with the problem. It was on the truck a day later and delivered to my house with no other issues. I have had outstanding customer service once or twice from a few select other companies but it is very rare. For the owner of the company to get personally involved with delivering my small package was pretty incredible to me. She has earned a customer for life and I just can't say enough good things about the help and kindness that I received instead of the usual aggravation from UPS and other retail corporate offices. Since everything in the world has pretty much gone completely online, it is been very hard to not only find a company that cares but one that will go the extra mile to make sure you get your package with the minimal amount of disturbance and aggravation to the customer. I am very grateful to be able to find another to add to the list of companies I can count on with one hand to truly have an outstanding shopping experience. Thank you so very much and the dogs are grateful too.
