Pig Snouts Chews for Dogs - Single Ingredient

I have to say I was completely shocked when I opened the package. I can get past the smell but the quality overall is suspect.
The snouts are covered in a rancid greasy slime. I could hardly wash it off my hands. I have purchased many snouts but never received
anything quite like this. I can’t give these to my dog. I hope you will consider a refund/return.
I previously sent an email to your customer service on Friday June 12 with no response.

My little dog loves these. She likes them way better than the puffed type, which are mostly what is out there. Keep these in stock and u have a client for life!

these feel really greasy, so i give my dobermans only 1 every couple of days... i would not recommend these to dogs under 50# due to the fat.
